Move project access check at the beginning. #63

Hi @kporras07! Thanks for reporting this issue and creating this pull request. I took at a look at the problem and the fix was indeed in the method that you pointed to.

However, I had to make the changes in a slightly different way and add tests, so I created PR https://github.com/jigarius/toggl2redmine/pull/67. Please try out that branch and let me know if things work correctly.
