Cannot import time entries: Toggl ID range error #73

Bug summary Some Toggl entries cannot be imported any more due to a RangeError.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Try to import a Toggl time entry that has a long ID (bigint)
  2. You'll get an error saying, "server returned a strange response"
