Menubar icon is visible on Launchpad #378

I have 5 Menubar apps, and only icon of slate is visible on Launchpad. I'd think this is a bug

P.S - Any option to run slate in background (hide icon from menubar).

There is no such option afaik.

Also, my Launchpad doesn't show icon.

My launchpad shows it... running mavericks. I just stuff it into a folder with all the system tools...
