I am not sure what "version" you are talking about. On my receipt from iTunes
it reads:

Q1279 PRG-16C Programmer Calculator, v1.0, Seller: Thomas Fors LLC
 Report a Problem $19.99

This program is so broke, I just can't use it. Without floating point math, its
worthless.

The 16C by default operates in integer mode where you can convert between
decmial,
hex, binary, etc. To switch to floating point mode, you must press f FLOAT N
where N
is the number of digits to display after the decimal e.g. f FLOAT 4

To switch back to integer mode, press one of the DEC, HEX, BIN, or OCT buttons.

You may find it helpful to purchase a manual for the original 16C calculator
from HP
which you can find in electronic form from http://hpmuseum.com. Unfortunately,
I
cannot distribute the manual.
