Unlike every one of my other apps, this one no longer appears in my purchased 
apps, so how can I get it restored? I paid my $19.99 over a year ago, and have 
been a happy customer since.

Presumably Hewlett Packard have bullied the app out of the store in order to 
get a little more revenue for their own drastically overpriced offering
