@active_if produces incorrect output with pipeline_printout(verbose == 3) #62

Run a pipeline with certain tasks set to inactive with @active_if and check the 
data flow using pipeline_printout with the verbose argument set to 3.
Tasks downstream of an inactive task still appear. All is correct with verbose 
== 4.
