how do I START thing thing?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unzip SIMBL-0-1.8.2
2. Creates folder SIMBL-0.8.2
3. Run package
4. next, next, next
5. Restart
6. Run activity monitor and... nothing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I was hoping it'd start up, there is no information on invoking this tool so 
I'm guessing it should 
'just work'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I'm trying to run SIMBL-0.8.2

on the following

This is for SIMBL 0.9.x bugs and later. Earlier versions of SIMBL don't run 
anything - they are only libraries that 
are in turn loaded by other applications. There is nothing to start - it does 
in fact "just work."
