TortoiseBlame: Blue wavy lines in C header files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
When blaming a C header file,
Within #ifdef and #endif block,
the lines are underlined with blue wavy line.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: No blue wavy line. There should be no mistake.
Actual: Blue wavy lines

What version of TortoiseSVN are you using?
1.8.4

What Windows version are you using?
Win 8 x64
