Empty code and data? #1

Hi @jijeng

I'm currently also working on a gender prediction project, and come across your paper Gender Prediction Based on Chinese Name. Your result looks the highest grade so far, 92.33% accuracy for given name, higher than other records I found on the web (usually around 80-90%).

I'm wondering if you could kindly provide the data part, so that I'm able to test my trained models on the same dataset to be fair.
