Appointment refreshed on Day view will fire null pointer exception when being dragged again #182

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Call refresh on one of the appointment at day view
2. after refresh, try dragging the appointment.
3. Exception rises.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Hi Phil,

What do you mean by "Call refresh"?  Can this issue be reproduced with the 
gwt-cal-demo base code?
