Snapshot links in Downloads are old and invalid #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Downloads section and click "gwtupload-0.6.5-SNAPSHOT.jar" link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Snapshot JAR should be downloaded. 404 is shown instead.
