Progress reported incorrectly, when uploading 2Gb+ file #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a huge (2Gb file)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Progress output constantly 0%. Upload succeeded. (By investigating the ajax 
requests, totalBytes is -1)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.6

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe this is a related problem and fix.
