Error in upload Blobstore after deploying #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Deploy the app with singleupload.

Error, your browser has not sent any information.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.2 SNAPSHOT - Windows Vista

Please provide any additional information below.
When i'm testing in development mode, this working ok. If deploy the app in 
appengine, doesn't work, but the image is uploaded.

Are you using latest snapshot?, there are many fixes related with blobstore in 
it.

If you continue experimenting the issue, please sendme a simple example 
(eclipse project or maven).
