Layout Issue shown on fixed-width DIVs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Not sure, have debugged the CSS, and can not isolate a single cause

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Scrollbars...
A full-height area without scrollbars

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And operating 
system?
Latest and 1.4.2, Chrome and FF, MacOS

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.

You are missing the CSS required for .jScrollContainer - see usage section from
jScrollPane homepage:
