What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. <div class="jScrollPaneContainer" style="height: 0px; width: 0px;"
tabindex="0">
2. sometimes they show the content and sometime dont and appear it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And
operating system?

In my case the layer with scroll is inside a layer displayed with jqModal, so de
container layer is hidden with display:none from jqModal.css when the page loads
