jscrollpane scrolling bar not working on chrome #272

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not sure

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Want scrollbar to work on click also in chrome.

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And operating 
system?
->Version 2.0.3 

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.

->Bottom scrolling bar not working on chrome.
vertical scrollbar not working in chrome.

I´ve had what I believe to be the same problem you had. The solution was to 
add the width and height atribute to the img tag.

Hi, my website using jscrollpane plugin too.
But I found a problem when this page working on Chrome. jscrollpane is not 
working everytime when I refresh the page. The scrollBar will be disappear, and 
my article is weird too. But on IE and Firefox, this plugin is working. I don't 
know how to fix it, could anyone help me? Pleaseeeeee~~~!!

Sorry, I forgot the mouse wheel can't use on Chrome too. :'-(
