Positioning of DragLeft, Drag, DragRight in Horizontal Scroll #280

1. I like to do new horizontal scrollbar with navigation "arrows" and drag from 
left, central and right part.
2. I use for all parts *.gif 16x16 px. (repeat for cetral part of drag)
3. I did some changes and adds in jquery.jscrollpane.css (please see attach 
file), but I'm not able to do right position for the right part of drag.(No 
issues with "arrows")

I like to see parts of drag in a row but right part is below left part. I did 
top: -16px;left: 16px for DragRight. Parts are in row but order is wrong.

Win XP SP2 IE8 (the same chrome,mozila,opera and safari but scroll bar is not 
visible by first load)

I did float right for DragRight but without a success.
