The btm paragraph is cropping off in all browser on the MAC #284

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. JscrollPane 2.0 css
2. Mac platform
3. All Browsers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Missing the last 
paragraph of text, the correct content can be seen on all Browsers on PC 
platform but not the MAC. The scroll contains four Paragraphs only 3 are 
showing on the MAC.

What version of the JscrollPane are you using? On what browser? And operating 
system? JscrollPane 2.0, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox all on MAC platform. 

Please provide a URL to a page displaying the problem.
