Configure the domain to listen #4

Hello,

It would be nice to be able to specify the domain on which we want to listed.

e.g.: a friend of me wanted to listed on :: instead of default (0.0.0.0 he 
thinks), he had to change some code in src/bosh.js, line 1672.

Commit #198 should fix this.
Start as --host=0.0.0.0 (or whatever interface you wish to listen on)
Config fix has the 'host' option that does the same.
Closing. Do re-open if not fixed.
