Line length indicator #140

PEP 8 says "Limit all lines to a maximum of 79 characters.". So the default
"Long line indicator column" should be 79. 

The syntax checker should warn, if the line length exceeds 79 (not 80)
characters.

Hi.  It does work just the way it should.

If I enter a 79 character line, no warning.

If I enter an 80 character line:

E501 Line too long (80 characters)

I think this can be closed.
