More typos - Githubissues

This typos were found by Dick, so the credits are his.

1) Search > Find Previous: help string "Find previous occurance of text."
-> "Finds the previous occurence of text."

Please note very carefully how it is written: "Find" is "Finds", "the" is
added, and "occurAnce" is "occurEnce".

2) Edit > Selection > Match Select (Left First): help string "Selects the
text encluded by (){}[]<>""'', matching left first." -> "Selects the text
enclosed by () {} [] <> "" '', matching left first."

Please note that the word 'encluded' is wrong and should be 'enclosed' as
proposed here. Also, please add spaces between () and {} and [] and <> and
"" and ''.

3) Edit > Selection > Match Select (Right First): help string "Selects the
text encluded by (){}[]<>""'', matching right first." -> "Selects the text
enclosed by () {} [] <> "" '', matching left first."

Please note that the word 'encluded' is wrong here as well and should be
'enclosed'. Please add spaces between () and {} and [] and <> and "" and ''
in this help string too.

4) Tools > Register To Explore -> Register To Windows Explorer

Please fix the help string as well: "Registers to explore context menu." ->
"Registers UliPad to the context menu of Windows Explorer."

5) Tools > Unregister From Explore -> Unregister From Windows Explorer

Please fix this help string too: "Unregisters from explore context menu."
-> "Unregisters UliPad from the context menu of Windows Explorer."

6) Tools -> Easy Memo: help string "Show Easy Memo windows, and you can
write down everything what you want." -> "Shows the window Easy Memo for
writing notes."

7) Document > Change Encoding: help string "Chanages current document's
saving encoding." -> "Changes the current encoding of the document."

Please note: The word 'Chanages' has a typo and it should be 'Changes', and
overall this help string is very poorly written, so please fix it as
proposed here.

8) Tools > Commands Searching -> Commands

Please remove the word 'Searching' for this menu item because the sub-menu
item is then 'Searching...' and makes the name of the menu item bad.

9) Tools > Commands > Searching...: help string "Searchs commands." ->
"Searches commands."

Please note: The word 'Searchs' has a typo and was proposed to be fixed to
'Searches'.

10) Config > Input Assistant Enabled: help string "Enable input assistant."
-> "Enables the input assistant."

Please note: The word 'Enable' was proposed to be fixed to 'Enables' and
also the word 'the' was added.
