v3.9的列模式无法使用 #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run ulipad.exe
2. open a txt file
3. press ALT+C

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

列模式和选中一列是不同的。选中一列是先按alt再移动鼠标��
�就可以垂直选列了。而列模式是首先选中
你要处理的行，可以是多行，然后再进行编辑时会同时在多��
�进行相同的处理。你再试试。
