Hi!
But if your hoster don't gave you those informations, how do you manage your
server? Kick, Ban, Restart?
Regards, ezzemm

I can access procon direct or procon via gameservers.com/procon layer and both
methods use different IP and Port I have tried both.
When I enter server IP and port I am using the same information which is on
Battlelog server page showing the server address. The password is the server
password.
IP 173.199.80.56
Port 25210
Password xxxxx
or If I use the procon layer IP it is different and port is different and
password different however they do not connect to server on server viewer page.

The part which is not showing is the third part of the server viewer which
shows the teams and players on the server.

Could you give me additionally the URL to the Battlelog page of your server?

should I try moving the plugins to the root directory instead of way down in
the tree?

my webhost says I am using the wrong query port. I have tried the rcon port and
the procon layer port without success.

gameservers said I should use 25210. From the battlelog server page here is the
SERVER ADDRESS 173.199.80.56:25210

if i use the procon layer details for this same server it would be IP
173.199.80.163 and port 17040 I thought the server viewer would be able to show
the teams on the server without a password. GameTracker shows the players on
the server ?

It is very unusual that the Query- and the Join-Port are the same. At the
moment, it works here at my server with port 25210, as you can see in the
screenshot and here:
http://test.ezstats.org/ezServer/
Do you see the playerlist if you open my serverviewer? If you join your server,
are you displayed there correctly?

Strange that it works correctly on your server but not on my server. I joined
the game server and went to your test site and it shows me online. Have I
missed something when setting up the plugin?

Please upload the file I've attached to your server and open it. The result
should be:
bool(true)
bool(true)

It seems your webhost blocks the socket connections. Please ask him, that he
allows the socket to the port 25210

i am still stuck on this ... is it possible to give you admin access to the
server viewer page so you could help me set it up. You can email me for log in
details and I can give you any other access to check it out so it works. In
addition to the servers and server IP, I have a 4 server procon layer which I
am currently using tp admin the servers.
I am now using this page for the servers

Thank you for having a look at the issue.
It is working now. To find the solution I used the free website available from
my game server host to setup a new mysql database for this plugin and now it
works fine with the plugin hosted on the clanservers site. Rcon works too.
