EzServer 0.61 Link to Stats on separate site #173

Hi,

We host our EzStats on a different site to the EzServer.

http://jw.servegame.org/EzServer/index.php

Is there a way to fix the "Open Procon Stats" Link, as currently it looks like 
this. 

http://jw.servegame.org/EzServer/www.junglewraiths.net/index.php?name=bf3stats

Whereas it needs to link to 

http://www.junglewraiths.net/index.php?name=bf3stats

Hi Trevor!

Please add "http://" to your link to the leaderboard. I think this should 
resolve the problem.
