Hi!
I am not sure what you want to do with your feature. Do you want to have a
leaderboard with banned players? Or do you want to have a method to export you
playerlist?

Administrators clans would use your system to enter the GUID of the banned
players on their servers. So instead of clans present their "soldiers" they
offer their players banned.
The method of insertion was the GUID with the name of the soldier and of course if you can just insert a detection and the other in an automatic way would be better.
In my language leaderboard would not be the best translation but I think it's just that ... leaderboard with a banned player.
So the leaderboard will be well
Name | PB_GUID | EA-GUID | Reason of banned | Name of Server | PB_SS | Some other proof | A link to the banned player to contest the ban
In larger communities clans can share their lists ... methods course for import and export would be valid.
If they do not explain it again ... my english by google

But, why do you want to show the stats of the banned players on your homepage?

For those who have been banned on our servers may serve as a reference. So if
some application of unjust ban occur the player himself to challenge in our
forum. And if he does not know why our servers are not entering this system he
can learn. Not all players who know where to access anticheat systems. Know how
to use the cheater but not the systems that punish. This clan makes the
punishment system transparent to all.

but not the only stats of the banned player but the stats of banlist on our
servers.

But such a list has nothing to do with the leaderboard. And you don`t need a
PHP program for this; you can manage this list with a simple HTML table. A
sorting function can be realized with Javascript (http://www.tablesorter.com)
