When releaseing off of a scrollbar outside of the browser the scrollbar gets stuck... #237

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on a scroll bar
2. Release Outside of Your browser
3. Return to the browser area, now that scroll bar is stuck!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

would like it if it had a release outside command, i'm not a typical jquery 
user but flash has a function like this for tracking mouse events.

What version of the jScrollPane are you using? On what browser? And operating 
system?
$Id: jScrollPane.js 33 2008-12-10 22:55:28Z kelvin.luck $, not sure on the 
version number but it does it on the jscrollpane examples...

Please try with the latest version of jScrollPane and see the support section 
of the new website if you are still having problems (jScrollPane 1.x and the 
google code issues list are both deprecated now!)
