form validator conflicts with mobiscroll #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.include jquery.validate.js (a jquery form validation plug in)
2.include mobiscroll-2.0rc2.full.min.js
3.

What is the expected output? 
click on input scroller pops up and can scroll
What do you see instead?
click on input scroller pops up but won't scroll

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.0 on windows xampp, as well as on linux server

Please provide any additional information below.

I am experiencing this issue as well.  It also happens with version 1.6

windows 7 with firefox, chrome, IE 9, pretty much all browsers.

Upgrading to jquery validate 1.9 solves the issue
