[OFFICIAL] Generated Issue: ParserException #400

Summary: Steps to reproduce: tried to get page 0 of One Piece (21) episode list tried with Eyeshield 21 (15) and it also happened then tried Re:Zero (31240) and it worked, may just be when there are 100 or more episodes
