Integrate react-native(-web)

[x] Universal rendering (react-native(-web))
[x] Universal routing (react-router(-native))
[x] Fix Markdown static assets passed from RN/Expo to core
[x] Migrate use of styled-components (done, except animations)
[ ] Migrate use of stylus (have to use RN/Expo for most of that, including background, but stylus-components for 'global' animations (links, etc))
[x] Migrate MD parser (marksy < react-native-simple-markdown (inlined because Meteor has issues with react-native peer dependencies))
[x] Migrate Loading indicator (react-loading < ActivityIndicator in react-native)
[ ] Test

After

[ ] Research how SSR can be worked into it (maybe wrap core in a Next version of site, or see how SSR is working on Meteor compared to Next)
[x] Set up debug env for RN/Expo AND Meteor
[ ] Incorporate @storybook/react-native
