Measured current is 6.6 mA / led for Red. This is a 3rd of the estimated 20mA.

Calculate for max 10mA (1/2 of official max).

R: 200R, 0.27W G: 110R, 0.15W B: G

This was R: 270R, 0.2W G: 150R, 0.1W B: G

https://www.pcboard.ca/led-dropping-resistor-calculator And desired LED current is for the total of 3 LEDs. So 20mA max would be 3*20=60mA.

Heat-wise: keep the previous values? There are more then enough LEDs to provide light.
