I’ve noticed that sometimes if I have two ITK-SNAP windows open and synced occasionally the crosshairs will sync with the polygon tool such that even when I am using the polygon tool the crosshairs in both windows follows my cursor. It happens pretty randomly when having two windows open, and if I switch to the crosshairs and then back to the polygon tool, it goes away (see at the 25 second mark in this clip). Not sure if this is a bug? It’s actually very helpful when it does sync up if it could be controlled to do so, but I am not sure how/why it is doing it randomly.
.. it would be awesome to have this as an option. It makes mapping the segmentations much easier when it randomly occurs!
