Reorient dialog incorrectly rendering orientation for PIR #106

On the subject of coordinates, are the arrows here supposed to point to decreasing i,j,k?

eg, as you increase i here, the physical coordinates move from posterior to anterior, ie in the opposite direction of the arrow

RIP seems to be displaying right. The issue only occurs when not specifying orientation code in RL/PA/SI order.

Fixed in #109
