Exception with Resharper 4.5 #113

I'm using R# 4.5 Build 1221.13, running on Windows 2003 R2 Server in Visual
Studio 2008 SP (German).

It seems, that whenever (or at least most of the time) AgentSmith is
supposed to kick in some kind of exception occurs.

This seems to be duplicate of 112. Just fixed in 1.3.5
