Strange pop-up window appear after source analysis starts #116

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a class with 2 protected System.Int32 fields. "Protected,
Protected Internal, Public declaration should have XML comment" warning
will be shown for all fields
2. Go to "Agent Smith Code Style Settings" section and add additional rule
for protected System.Int32 fields into "Except" box.
3. Save new settings.
4. Strange pop-up window will appear.

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
1. No pop-up windows
2. No warnings

What version of ReSharper, Visual Studio and Windows do you use?
 - VSTS 2008
 - ReSharper 4.5
 - AgentSmith 1.3.5
