Smart paste not functioning #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Paste text with new lines into XML comment

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
I expect each new line to be prefixed with ///, but it pasted as normal.

What version of ReSharper, Visual Studio and Windows do you use?
Visual Studio 2008 SP1, ReSharper 4.5, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
