Replace with <see cref="" may insert in wrong place #16

If one replace is performed and then another one before document is 
rescanned the replacement is done in the wrong place

Another thing is if in the xml comment, you have a structure of Type.Method, the
plugin doesn't wrap the ".Method" part with crefs.
Example: /// Overrides DataConnection.Dispose.
The plugin suggests to wrap DataConnection with "<see cref" but it doesn't wrap 
the
Dispose method and therefore the documentation doesn't generate a hyperlink to 
this
method.
