[Request] Allow multiple dictionaries for spell checking of identifiers #162

Hi.

I'm from Germany and while we try to name our types in english sometimes we are 
still using german words. Unfortunately I can only select one dictionary for 
spell checking of identifiers wich results in hints to add my words to the 
english dictionary. :(

1.5 beta 3 supports multiple dictionaries for identifiers (and comments, and 
strings)
