Generic references in comments are being "destroyed" #181

I have a static class GeneralExtensions with two static methods:
public static void Dump<T>(this T o)
public static void Dump<T>(this T o, string s)

I have this comment on the first of those:

/// <remarks>Some text <see cref="Dump{T}(T,string)"/> more text.</remarks>

Reflowing and retagging this results in this:

/// <remarks>Some text <see cref="GeneralExtensions.Dump``1(``0,System.String)"
/> more text.</remarks>

This is a tricky one - when resharper passes us the comment, it fully expands
all the crefs to the full path. The code then tries to simplify them back to
the simplest form it can however the ''s confuse the code. I'll see what i can
do.

You've chosen a particularly complex example with a generic extension :).

I have another case:

Reflowing and retagging this:

/// <summary>Initializes a new instance of the <see
cref="DefaultValueGetter{T}" /> class.</summary>

results in this:

/// <summary>Initializes a new instance of the <see
cref="fd.Base.NHibernate.DefaultValueGetter`1" /> class.</summary>
