Do you have ReSharper installed into default folder?
I didn't manage yet to make autodetection of ReSharper directory work, so you
probably need to correct installation path manually so plugin installs under
resharper installation directory correspondingly

I have checked. I installed R# at C:/Program
Files/JetBrains/ReSharper/v3.1/vs8.0/
and Agent Smith was installed to C:/Program
Files/JetBrains/ReSharper/v3.1/vs8.0/Bin/Plugins/Agent Smith.
I believe the R# has done reflection on AgentSmith.dll because once I launched
Visual
Studio 2005 and tried to delete this dll, Windows warns me that it was in use.
So is there a way to debug what happened?

You may try to look into Resharper->Show Log. Probably there will be some hints.
(I've just removed the plugin, reinstalled it clean and it works for me, so I
don't
know what's wrong :( )

Thanks for the reply. I guess not many people meets this issue but me. I have
submitted a bug report to JetBrains, and wish they could resolve my problem.
I have checked the log, but there is nothing about Agent Smith. No message about
success or failure of loading AgentSmith.dll. Really weird even for the
JetBrains guys.

Closing as Unreproducible as soon as I can't reproduce it.
