1. Thanks for the excellent work.
2. It would be even better if you could add the following granularity for
the parameters: I want to base my rules on whether the parameter is a
regular/out /ref one (in my case parameters must have "in" prefix,
parameters with ref keyword must have "ref" prefix, parameters with out
keyword must have "out" prefix)
