Non-ASCII word in a user dictionary may broke ReSharper 3.1 #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a word with non-ASCII characters to a user dictionary.
2. Restart VS

Affects RS 3.1 only. Seems to be fixed in RS 4.0

I suggest to move custom dictionaries out of ReSharper settings file.

Thanks, I think I will encode custom dictionaries in R#3.1 ( I think it's
convenient
to have all settings in one file). Are there other reasons to move custom
dictionaries out of ReSharper settings file?
