XML documentation on partial class #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a partial class with two files
2. Add XML documentation for the class in one of the files

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
The quick fix for adding a XML documentation is displayed in the other code
file. This should not happen.

What version of ReSharper, Visual Studio and Windows do you use?
4.0 Beta + VS 2008

I'll see what I can do. This is probably resharper api defect.

With R#7 VS2010 and 1.6 Beta 3, this now shows up as an inspection error on the 
other partial class.
