Add quickfix to reflow comments

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Comment a method
2. insert some text in the middle of the comment
3. curse as you manually realign the linebreaks in the comment

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?

Agent Smith offers a quick fix to reflow the comment, analog to
the implementation of: 
http://www.codeproject.com/KB/macros/commentreflower.aspx

What version of ReSharper, Visual Studio and Windows do you use?

4.0, 2008, XP SP2 respectivley

Please provide any additional information below.

Maybe it is possible to contact the author of commentreflower and
use his source code if he agrees
