Allow excluding verbatim (@"") strings from spell checking #82

I would like to have an option (checkbox) that allows me to completely turn
of spell checking on verbatim strings.

E.g. this IS being spell checked: 

    "This is a string"

Whereas this is NOT being spell checked:

    @"This is a string"

This is useful since I often cannot change the spelling inside strings
without breaking the application.

I've split this into two Agent Smith inspections, so inspection severity can be 
now 
specified for both string types independently.
