Update download link on "Project Home" tab #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to "Project Home" tab (http://code.google.com/p/jplex/)
2. "Download now" link points to 1.0.X version

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected link to the latest version (1.1.93 now).
