Google "retiring" Picasa #22

Google have said they'll be disabling parts of the Picasa API from May 2016. (See https://developers.google.com/picasa-web/.) So far it's not clear what effect this will have on Photini's uploader. It still works as normal, but I don't expect this to last. There's been no announcement from Google about an alternative API.

Google appear to have finally disabled the Picasa API so Photini's upload no longer works.

In commit b5e91c8 I've removed calls to the disabled parts of the API, leaving a minimally functional uploader.

Google have now disabled the remaining bits of the API. I have no use for Google Photos at present, so won't be writing a new uploader in the foreseeable future. I've removed the Google Photos uploader entirely.
