Documentation: add instructions to print doc from Python interpreter #93

Shouldn't this already be known by any Python user? I'm reluctant to make the README any longer than it already is.

I understand this point of view and I know that is debatable that's why I did 2 separate pull requests. I am personally in favor of adding small tips that may help beginners sometimes.

In this case I find it useful because as far as I know there is no readthedocs-like documentation for python-gphoto2 and developers only have libgphoto2 doc and the docstrings, so it's seems important for me to clearly explain how to get documentation about the library.
