document.matchAll crashes Netscape Navigator 8.1.3 #56

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do anything whatsoever that calls document.matchAll.
2. Watch Navigator 8.1.3 die instantly and silently.

I've attached a test-case.  I've only verified the issue on Windows XP.

I can't recreate this problem. I tested on XP with NN 8.1.3.

Possibly your own copy of Netscape Navigator is corrupted somehow.

Huh.  It was reported to me by someone else, and I installed Navigator 
particularly
to replicate it.  Maybe an XP Home thing only?
