[FR] Heating settings in plugin #39

Hi.

Would it be possible to add some options to heat-up the print head before changing filament and perhaps a second option which is used for feeding in the new filament and preheat that ?

Manually heating up is often forgotten and causes great damage to your printer, and adding a heating-up option is (IMHO) an absolute neccesaty :)

Hi @j-snijder (and @Signum, I think?), if you're still looking for this option, I've just added it to my fork of this plugin, at least for the "M600" option.
