The recording levels of the supplied audio files have not been normalised. This results in some audio files sounding louder than other

Reena, I spent some time experimenting with this the other day so I know a good way to do it (for both audio and video files). Each file doesn't take long but there are of lot of them. I'm going to see if I can automate the process to make even quicker. I'll start off doing the video files & will post updates here.

If you want to help you could start with the audio files - up to you.

Reena, I am using peak normalization to a peak target level of -1 dB. If you can normalize files to this level they should all be at the same level (as high as it can go without saturation). Please let me know by reply comment here that you have read this comment & the one before. Thanks.

Videos in the following folders have had their audio normalized (as above): Activities Couples Help

I will do the rest of the videos then the audio-only files.
